In a small bowl, combine Greek yogurt with a little extra chipotle hot sauce to create a smooth, creamy chipotle mayo. Stir well until it reaches your desired level of spice.
Start by adding a scoop of jasmine rice to the bottom of your bowl. Top with the cooked ground beef, diced pineapple, and diced avocado. Drizzle with your homemade chipotle mayo, and finish with a sprinkle of fresh cilantro and a drizzle of hot honey for a sweet kick.
